To reserve the backyard tables and grill, a sign up sheet is posted on the bulletin board outside the laundry room at the beginning of the summer season.
Remembering the following courtesies will help make use of the backyard enjoyable for everyone:
- Be considerate of your neighbors, keep noise levels down to a neighbor friendly level
- Clean up the area, dispose of all trash
- Clean and scrap the grill after use
- Put all tables and chairs where you found them
- Events should end at a reasonable hour
- No charcoal grills are permitted
