We are pleased to advise that Garthchester Realty will be the managing agent for the cooperative effective February 1, 2021.  We currently manage 75 cooperative apartments, buildings, condominiums and homeowners’ associations in the Tri-State area.

Your maintenance charges for February will be itemized on your new monthly invoice, which will be distributed the last week of each month.  Checks should be made payable to PMA  CORP. and mailed with the return stub in the envelope provided.  Any questions regarding your billing may be directed to Adele Frutkin at the Garthchester Realty – 914-725-3600 ext. 103 or via email at adele@garthchesterrealty.com .  On-line payments will be available for your use for February payment by logging on to www.garthchesterrealty.com/pay.

Enclosed is a form for “ONE CALL NOW”.  This service will provide you with automatic updates , whether via email or automatic calls.  Our goal is to provide you information in the most environmentally friendly, and efficient manner, especially in emergencies.  As such, we will be limiting paper notices to only those residents that wish to opt out of emails and automatic phone call updates, though we encourage all residents to opt in, so that you may receive notifications fast.
