The Pelham Biltmore is a stately prewar cooperative residence consisting of 75 units located in Pelham Manor, New York.
Originally built in 1927, the biltmore was heavily damaged by fire on February 6, 1998. From the ashes rose a new beginning when the Pelham Biltmore was completely rebuilt, modified, updated and improved to its current stature.
The biltmore is located adjacent to the Pelham Country Club and overlooks it expansive golf course.
